All custom table linens and select branded products are made to order and are non-returnable. For accurate measurements, our product specialists are available at 403-800-6672 to assist you with sizing questions before purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once submitted. Customers are responsible for verifying all order details before finalizing their purchase. Special order items with extended lead times (clearly marked on product pages) are non-refundable, as they are custom-manufactured upon order — including all medical supplies.
To initiate a return for defective items:

Clear photos or videos showing the defect
Our team will issue an RMA number along with return instructions. Smart2Buy handles all manufacturer warranty claims directly

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to provide your order number along with photos or documentation of the damage, and retain all original packaging and materials. We will promptly ship replacements or issue a refund as appropriate.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned items. Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
